At by Pretty Paco, we look forward to a promising future of gender-fluid fashion and universal sizing standards. Most of our creations are designed with people who shop across all sections of the store in mind. If a garment's silhouette has not been altered by us, we’ll use the manufacturer’s original sizing standards and terms. Any piece that has been fully repurposed or cut and sewn by us will follow universal sizing standards and be gender-neutral.

Returns & Exchanges
At by Pretty Paco, all sales are final. Exceptions will be made only if you receive the wrong item or a defective product.
Bought the wrong size? No worries! We’re happy to exchange any garment for another of your choice within 30 days of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs. Contact us for more information.
Repairs & Sustainability
Here at by Pretty Paco, we believe that the burden of developing an environmentally friendly fashion industry shouldn't rest on your local independent designer. Instead, it rests on the shoulders of the large corporations that pollute the planet while collecting excessive profits and unmerited moral dessert. Furthermore, there’s a lot to be said about the damage that has been done to the collective human psyche as a result of A) believing the idea that bodies are private, shameful, and worthy of censorship by codified law, and B) buying into the concept that wardrobe relates mutually to profession, societal status and class—all of which are critical for maintaining the elite-driven fashion industry as it exists today.
Independent creators simply cannot source the most ethically and sustainably produced materials and still make a reasonable living from their modest work. Today’s entrepreneurial creatives must be resourceful “hackers,” finding innovative, cost-effective ways to craft garments that are built to last and accessible to everyone, regardless of income. This mission drives us—but so does the reality that staying passionate doesn’t pay the bills.
With that said, at by Pretty Paco, we can’t guarantee that all of our products and materials are the most ethically sourced, but we do promise that every decision we make prioritizes the well-being of people, the longevity of our products, and the health of the planet. As part of this commitment, we offer free basic repairs on all "1 of 1" garments for 5 years from the date of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for shipping. Contact us for more information.
